Who processes your data
Exigaw is published by Awelty. For any question about your data: quentin@awelty.com.
The content of a workspace belongs to the organization that created it; Exigaw processes it on its behalf.
Data processed
Account: name, email address, profile picture and, if you link it, your Google identity.
Workspace content: projects, cards, comments, documents, attachments and, when the feature is on, meeting recordings and transcripts.
Technical data: IP address and the cookies needed to sign in.
Sign in with Google
If you sign in with Google, Exigaw only receives your name, email address and profile picture. They are used to create your account and identify you.
Exigaw accesses no other data from your Google account. This information is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
Purposes
Providing the service (accounts, workspaces, collaboration), sending account and notification emails, running the AI assistant and meeting transcription when you use them, and securing the application.
Hosting and processors
Amazon Web Services: application and database hosting. Cloudflare: file and image storage. Resend: email delivery. OpenAI: AI assistant answers and meeting transcription, only for the content you submit to them. Google: sign-in, if you choose it.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. Workspace content is kept until the organization that created it deletes it.
Cookies
Exigaw only uses cookies needed to run: the sign-in session, the language and access to code-protected projects. No advertising or audience measurement cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by writing to quentin@awelty.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
